We are seeking a Community Engagement Representative for various events in the Merrillville, Indiana markets and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Customer service skills are a must, as you will be interacting with event attendees, discussing our product, securing leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. Hourly pay + volume bonuses based on quality appointments. Flexible schedule, and opportunities for extra hours.

$20 - $45+ through uncapped bonuses on top of hourly pay. Room for advancement.

Essential Duties

· Connect with attendees enthusiastically, share our company’s story, and generate interest in our bathroom remodeling services

· Set appointments for our sales department, and generate leads

· Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees

· Professionally and accurately represent NWIBaths.com

Specific Responsibilities of the Job

· Maintain a professional appearance throughout event

· Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth

· Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth

· Explain basic product features and benefits

· Secure entry forms or book in home sales appointments

· Help organize and potentially set up event booths, signage, and displays

· Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator

Physical Demands & Requirements

· Travel to booked shows/events (must have reliable transportation)

· Ability to stand for long periods of time
