NWI baths offered fast, professional, and quality service. From our in home planning/sales with Chad to the finished room done by Jesus who was a hard working and professional installer, the whole experience went smooth and we are thrilled with the finished product. Chad was available and helpful to answer any questions with the planning and set up of installation. He brought samples to our home and helped visualize the bathroom set up. The shower system NWI baths installed is quality materials and the finished shower looks absolutely beautiful. Their installer Jesus put in long hours and completed the transition in two days time. An experienced and professional installer, he was also helpful working with us to make sure the bathroom was completed per our layout instructions and wishes. Jesus answered any questions and took time to walkthrough and explain the shower system thoroughly once the job was completed. The company’s pricing is comparable with other companies, and the service we experienced was excellent. Thank you NWI Baths for your service. I will recommend.

It is amazing looks great JESUS did an excellent job on my shower. We love it. there cleanup was excellent, when they were done you could not tell they were here. It is a 5 star plus.
Very Professional
Today a NWI Bath's Sales Representive came into my home to give me a qoute on a shower replacement. I was very please with Lisa. Lisa was able to answer everyone of my questions and had a lot of samples of each option I asked her about. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about her product line. I am giving her a 5 Star rating. I know the installation has to be that professional as well!! Thank you Lisa for explaining it all to me so well.

I couldn’t be happier with my new soaker tub! The entire bathtub replacement process was smooth from start to finish. The quality of the tub is outstanding! It's comfortable, deep, and exactly what I was looking for. It’s made such a difference in how I relax at the end of the day. Shower Modeling
Brogan was informative and explained everything throughly. He walked us to the shower and explained step by step what will be done, including showing us short clips about the materials used and installation process. I appreciate the time taken to walk me and my wife through every step, including various financing options.
