From our in home planning/sales with Chad to the finished room done by Jesus who was a hard working and professional installer, the whole experience went smooth and we are thrilled with the finished product. Chad was available and helpful to answer any questions with the planning and set up of installation. He brought samples to our home and helped visualize the bathroom set up. The shower system NWI baths installed is quality materials and the finished shower looks absolutely beautiful. Their installer Jesus put in long hours and completed the transition in two days time. An experienced and professional installer, he was also helpful working with us to make sure the bathroom was completed per our layout instructions and wishes. Jesus answered any questions and took time to walkthrough and explain the shower system thoroughly once the job was completed.
